Consignment Condition Guidelines
New with Tags - for whatever reason this item was never worn and still has its tags attached.
New without Tags - maybe you took the tags off, your kid tried it on, hated it, and now you’ve got a brand new never worn garment looking for a home.
Like New or Excellent Used Condition - these are the items that have been worn a handful of times. They are in impeccable condition because they show no signs of wear, stains, or pilling.
Good Used Condition - these are the times that are gently used, they may have some signs of wear, but have a lot of life to give. This may include small unnoticeable marks, some very light wear, or
Play Condition - these are the items that are in good condition but may have stains or marks from childhood embedded in them. We know that daycare and craft time happens and we want to rescue these play condition pieces to connect with other families and reduce landfill.
We will buy your Play condition clothing as a lot, not per piece and you will receive 20% off your next purchase (some exclusions). Play condition clothing is priced low for the super saver budget family looking for comfortable clothes to take on the day.
In Need of Repair - do you have something that needs repair? It’s in otherwise fantastic shape, but a button, a snap, or maybe a zipper? At this time, we are not accepting these products, but hope to provide repair options in the future because clothing deserves repair.
